End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Jama3etna LLC ("we," "our," or "us") for the use of the Jama3etna platform and services.

By accessing or using Jama3etna, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Jama3etna grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal and professional networking within the Druze community.

• This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred
• You may not sublicense, distribute, or make the platform available to third parties
• This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the platform or its content

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jama3etna in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Respect the cultural values and traditions of the Druze community
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with all users
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and interactions
• Use the platform solely for legitimate professional and social networking purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Jama3etna to:

• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Interfere with the platform's functionality or security

4. Community Standards

As an exclusive platform for the Druze community:

• Membership is restricted to verified Druze individuals
• All interactions must uphold the dignity and values of our community
• Cultural sensitivity and respect are mandatory
• Content that contradicts community values may be removed
• Users must participate in good faith and with authentic intentions

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Jama3etna and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• All platform code, design, and functionality remain our property
• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us license to display and distribute it on the platform
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without permission

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using Jama3etna, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Verification processes to maintain platform exclusivity
• Communication from us regarding platform updates and community events

7. Payment Terms

For paid services and transactions on the platform:

• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Escrow services protect both clients and professionals
• Platform fees are clearly disclosed before transactions
• Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate this EULA or our community standards
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Fail to maintain verified community membership status
• Misuse the platform or violate other users' rights

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, though certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Jama3etna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete security.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jama3etna's liability for any damages arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this EULA will be resolved through:

• Initial good-faith negotiation between the parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Arbitration conducted under applicable arbitration rules
• Proceedings held in English language

11. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Updated versions will be posted on our platform with a new effective date. Continued use of Jama3etna after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action related to this Agreement must be brought in appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
